Zamknięcie terminalu Kornwestheim, DE

Dear Customers,

Based on an announcement from DUSS Kornwestheim Terminal, we would like to inform you of its planned closure.

Due to construction work on Module 3 and the installation of a fresh safety system, Kornwestheim terminal will be completely closed to rail traffic from 10:00 p.m. on 19/11/2025 to 8:00 a.m. on 24/11/2025. Due to this closure, we are forced to cancel 3 pairs of trains between Kornwestheim and Hamburg.

Delivery and collection of shipments by road will be possible during this period, but DUSS terminal’s check-in area for trucks will besides undergo modifications. Road traffic will be redirected to the freight depot, see the attached map.

Although we welcome the modernisation of the terminal, we cannot influence the restrictions in any way. We will be forced to re-invoice the additional costs incurred for transport in connection with the closure.

We kindly ask you to adjust your shipment planning to the current situation. If you have any circumstantial questions regarding your orders, delight contact our client Service.
