Dear Customers,

The German railway infrastructure remains heavy congested. Current closures and method issues on the network are impacting all our services transiting Germany. Poland is peculiarly affected, where, due to accumulated delays, we have been forced to cancel respective train pairs. Furthermore, services to/from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as those transiting Austria, Hungary, and the Balkans, are affected—mainly due to the situation in the Elbe Valley. Trains are being held by infrastructure managers and subsequently neglect to pass through bottlenecks on time. The circulation of train sets and locomotives is importantly disrupted.

Hamburg: HPA is controlling the entry of trains.

Bremerhaven: Bremenports has presently suspended the management of train entries.

Wilhelmshaven: A importantly delayed import service to Prague is expected to arrive during the night.

Rotterdam / Duisburg: Import delays of up to 20 hours due to complicated transit through Germany.

Gdańsk: Following the cancellation of 1 roundtrip, operations are presently moving without major delays. Import capacity is full booked until 07 May 2026 (inclusive).
